The battle for gay rights has been riddled with set backs. For decades, small advances were made only to be rescended soon afterwards. This is especially true for gay marriage in the United States. It is important to remember the struggles it took to get here, and equally important to relish the victories along the way. 

At Florida Gay Weddings, we celebrate the unions of same-sex couples from the Sunshine state by letting couples share their memories, backstories, photos, videos, and unique perspectives. We hope that this site serves to be a joyous inspiration to people everywhere, as well as a reminder of how fragile our liberties and freedoms can be.
